Brandon Redic

Lead Pastor

Brandon hails from Waxahachie, Texas, which is 20 minutes south of Dallas.

After high school graduation, he attended Texas A&M University and graduated with honors in 2007 with a bachelor's degree in business administration.

Brandon also is a graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary, where he earned a master's degree in theology with a focus in pastoral ministries. During his last year of seminary, Brandon was selected to preach during Senior Chapel by his professors. This opportunity is only afforded to four men out of the entire seminary.

His ministry experience includes more than 10 years as a minister of music in churches in the DFW metroplex. Churches of all colors and denominations have invited him to preach at numerous revivals and conferences. He also has served as a director of Christian education. In 2014, he was appointed to assistant pastor at Christ Willing Workers' Baptist church in Dallas.

He is married to Connie and together they have three children, Brandon Jr., Briana, Lily.

Dominick Wong

Associate Pastor

Having lived in bustling metro areas like Portland, Orange County, the San Francisco Bay Area, and Chicago, Dominick never thought he’d settle down in a place like Kansas. But God had other plans.

While studying sociology at UC Berkeley, Dominick was part of a multi-ethnic church in which he was first asked to pray about becoming a pastor. After graduating, this call to the pastorate brought Dominick on out to the Midwest to receive formal theological training at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. While there he made some life-long friends, served with the youth of a Chinese-American church, and was accepted into a post-seminary residency. And so, upon graduating with his Master of Divinity, Dominick drove down to Wichita to serve at First Evangelical Free Church.

Through the Bridge’s partnership with First Free, he was able to meet Pastor Brandon who asked Dominick to come and share God’s word with the good folks at the Bridge on a number of occasions. When Dominick’s residency came to a close, God made it clear that he and his then soon-to-be wife, Kirsti, were called to stay in Kansas.

Kirsti and Dominick are so glad to be at the Bridge and would love to chat, cook, and/or pray with you!

Emily Daze

Director of Operations

God has been preparing Emily for her role as The Bridge’s Director of Operations for most of her life. She was raised at our “mother church,” West Evangelical Free Church, and God early planted in her character seeds of care and concern for people in need which is a value we share at The Bridge.

She graduated from John Brown University in Siloam Spring, AR with a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and enjoys using those skills as needed at The Bridge. When Emily graduated, she filled in as Receptionist at WEFC for a brief time which enabled her to see the inner workings of a church office. Then she gained five years of experience as an Office Administrator in a public setting.

The Bridge Church’s mission quickly became a passion for Emily, and she enjoys using her abilities to further that mission. Emily enjoys spending time with her husband, Jeff, son, Micah, and her family and friends.

Alyse McBeth

Interim Nursery Director/Admin Assistant

Alyse grew up in Des Moines, IA until she attended Simpson college where she played basketball and graduated with a Bachelors in Exercise Science.

After graduation she began a search of careers where she ended up doing a few things such as nannying, real estate, and tech. Throughout these years she was led to attend church and eventually became a Christian in 2017. Since then, she dedicated much of her time to the church and her church family back in Des Moines.

Alyse met and eventually married her husband, Cameron, in 2020 which led her to move to Los Angeles. In 2024, they decided to take their lives to Wichita to be closer to family.  Alyse loves exploring Wichita and spending her free time trying new recipes, spending time their son Judah, and always preferably with a coffee in hand!

Hannah Berry

Administrative Assistant

Hannah is from Wichita, KS and has been married to her husband Adam since 2010. They lived in Dallas, TX from 2010 until December 2019 when they moved back to Wichita to be closer to their families. They have two children, Myla and Whitaker, and are pursuing their foster care license to open their home to children in need of a safe home.

Although Hannah has a degree in Business Administration and worked in market research for 3 years after college, her desire was to be a stay-at-home mom. She has been able to stay home with her children but with her kids being school-aged, she had more margin in her schedule and was interested in getting more involved at The Bridge Church. In her previous work history, she has enjoyed the administrative tasks of each role and is excited to use her skills to be a part of The Bridge Church team as an Administrative Assistant

Hannah enjoys playing in a sand-volleyball league, baking sweet treats and spending time with her husband and kids at home playing Uno, watching what LEGO builds they come up with, and playing with their puppy
