What should I wear?
Please wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. At The Bridge Church, there are some who dress casually, other wear business attire, and a few wear their "Sunday best". Our lead pastor mixes it up. Our only request is that you are modest in your attire.
What about my children?
We have nursery available during Sunday morning services for newborns to Pre-K. Upon arrival, ask a greeter or an usher for directions, and they will show you where to take your children.
Our elementary age students (K-5) remain in service with their parents until right before the sermon. The speaker will dismiss "Bridge Kids" to receive an age-appropriate lesson. The last Sunday of the month is "Family Sunday" where we do not have Bridge Kids which allows families to worship together.
Middle and High School students remain in service the entire time. Our youth group meets on Saturday nights from 6:30pm-8pm at church.
What style of music will I worship to at The Bridge?
Because we are a multi-ethnic church, our music styles are very diverse. On any given Sunday, you can expect to hear gospel, contemporary Christian, and traditional hymns. For a sneak peak of our Sunday morning set list, click here.
How do I get connected?
The best way to get connected is to join a Bridge Group. These are small groups that gather together on a weekly basis to focus on the application of the prior Sunday's sermon. The primary purpose of the group is making disciples. However, the benefits of the group are meeting new people, building deeper relationships, receiving support during various life events, and eating together. How do I become a member of The Bridge Church?
The first Sunday of even numbered months we offer an "Exploring Membership" class. This is the first step to becoming a member of The Bridge Church. To sign up for the class, you can write it on your Bridge card and return it in the offering. You can also email us at info@thebridgewichita.com.
